As a surfer and photographer I spend a lot of time in or by the sea and I am acutely aware of the impact that pollution & rubbish has on this environment. Be it plastic waste, oil and litter on the beach or the infections and illnesses suffered by fellow surfers, it is clear that we need to raise concerns at national and international levels about these issues.
That is where Surfers Against Sewage come in. With a voice far louder than anything locally, they have the knowledge, clout and experience to really make a difference.
As an active member of SAS I wanted to find a way to support them beyond membership and voluntary work. Hence, the SAS Gallery.
100% of all profits from this gallery go straight to SAS to help in their campaigns for cleaner recreational waters for all. In addition to this, for every picture sold from any of the other galleries, 7th Wave Photography will donate £1 directly to SAS.
